The staff of the Monuments Preservation Department together with the Head of the Regional Service of Kotayk, the Hrazdan territorial coordinator, and the guardian of the monuments have made a working visit to a number of problematic and impassable monuments in the Hrazdan region. During the visit, digitization works of monuments have been carried out.
“Zvartnots” historical and cultural museum-reserve was crowded on June 19, 2022, the 11th Pan-Armenian Tolma Festival organized by the initiative of the “Preservation and Development of the Armenian Culinary Traditions” NGO, was held in the territory of the museum-reserve.
The first-year students of the Faculty of History of Vanadzor State University visited “Metsamor” historical-archeological museum-reserve together with Artavazd Zakyan/Head of department of the exhibitions and events organization of the “Protection Service” SNCO/, Hayk Danielyan/deputy director of the SNCO/ and Ben Vardanyan/Candidate of History/.
An event entitled “European Archaeology Days” will be held in Armenia for the first time, with the participation of the members of the archaeological expeditions of the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences and the specialists of the “Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum-reservations” SNCO. You can take part in the events to be held in the reserves and museum-reservations of the branches of the “Protection Service” SNCO, as well as attend interactive lectures.
